RwandAir Catering ltd is a fast-growing in-flight catering company in Rwanda and started its operations from August 2014 and has been providing catering services to scheduled airlines, private jet, and charters for five years now. RwandAir Catering ltd aims to be one of the biggest aviation catering companies in Africa in a few years to come.
As part of this strategy we are looking for interested qualified and enthusiastic candidates to fill the position mentioned below:
Job title: IT Systems Support (1 position)
Department : HR & Admin
Reports to: HR & Admin Senior Manager
Role:
Assist with the implementation of IT infrastructures within the company.
Major responsibilities.
- Hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
- Service and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, servers, and cameras.
- Manage all computer users’ activities.
- Oversee network and security availability.
- Ensure backup of servers.
- Initiate requisitions of all Hardware and Software requirements.
Knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong computer software and hardware knowledge.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Excellent skills in developing concepts, ensuring documentation.
- Good internal customer service and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
