Investor Relations Senior Manager

Coordination and preparation of the MTN annual report.

Execute the Investor Relation strategy for the company.

Design an investor communication plan and material by liaising across functions to acquire and incorporate information from the Finance, Marketing, Balance Sheet Management, Tax, Legal and Accounting teams.

Create and update a consistent external message by drafting key financial statements, presentations, and analysis for use by management during investor appointments, including trading and operating updates and financial commentary.

Manage the creation and development of investor relations marketing material, documentation, and presentations for both equity and debt investors.

Manage the investor relations website and development of a communication plan to ensure engaging content is regularly uploaded on the website.

Support the creation of thought-leadership and industry update communications to investors.

Identify new potential investor relationships to develop and create an engagement plan to convert them into investors through multiple touchpoints.

Develop and maintain an investor relations plan for the company.

Coordinate with the Financial Planning & Business insights team to provide on-going market and competitor research, including monitoring of peer performance, investment vehicles and financial strategies.

Build strong relationships by providing leadership to others and expressing positive expectations.

Positively influence and manage change and offer specialist support where required.

Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas and involvement of colleagues and staff

A degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance or Economics

A registered Chartered Accountant (preferred)
-
Previous experience in Investor Relations (preferred)
-
Work experience of at least 3 years in a Finance or Actuarial role within a financial service

Exposure in analysing financial statements and conducting performance reviews

Strong financial analysis and relationship building skills
