 About the Job

The DF aspires to be a center of excellence. To achieve this, the organization must excel at evaluating products, systems, and software to ensure they are free of defects and meet the quality standards of the organization. The DF quality analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. You will work directly with the Quality Analyst Lead and the DF team leads to ensure the best software testing practices are applied for BK products. You will use the developed test plans to identify and document bug reports. You will also work with stakeholders, different squad’s product owners, and developers to ensure the fixes of all identified bugs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met
  • Executing test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
  • Identifying and resolving defects within the production process
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data
  • Ensuring that user expectations are met during the testing process
  • Investigating customer complaints and product issues
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Proving for scalability and performance of a software
  • Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole
  • Developing and automating tests for software validation
  • Detecting bug issues
  • Preparing file defect reports and report test progress
  • Testing current products and identifying deficiencies
  • Investigating product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned to you by your Line supervisors




 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or Business
  • Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
  • Experience with Azure Devops Test Plans
  • Familiar with Agile software development
  • Experienced with Bug reporting and Bug Lifecycle
  • Familiar in working as a QA/Tester in an Agile software project
  • Has knowledge of various technology stacks
  • A track record of strong testing and debugging abilities
