ï‚§ Prepare teaching materials and equipment.

ï‚§ To build Trainer portfolios
ï‚§ Timely submit trainer portfolio for verification
ï‚§ Facilitate learners to build trainees portfolios
ï‚§ Mentor students
ï‚§ Provide student counselling and carrier guidance.
ï‚§ Creation of new practical projects made in Rwanda
ï‚§ Participate in planning and development of curriculum as well as curriculum revision
ï‚§ Implement curriculum
ï‚§ Harmonize curriculum with related curricula
ï‚§ Engage in continuous professional development.
ï‚§ To network and share knowledge.
ï‚§ Perform personal academic reading.
ï‚§ Participate in academic research.
ï‚§ Assist; support other departments
ï‚§ Participate on need assessment and technical specifications preparation.
ï‚§ Engage in cooperate social responsibility.
ï‚§ Transfer skills and knowledge to the community.
ï‚§ Engage in community support projects of the institution.
