Job Description
– Monitor completeness and timeliness of report
– Conduct data quality audit
– Generate routine statistics
– Provide technical assistance in research
– Conduct and participate in studies and protocol elaboration
– Provide capacity building to staff in HIV Data Statistical analysis and use
– Develop data management and use strategy within HIV Division and engaging with its Partners.
– Develop/update Training curricula for the DH M&E, Data managers and Statisticians
– Organize and conduct trainings of RBC regional centers and District Hospital Data Managers to ensure regular HIV epidemic surveillance
– Participate in field report and assessment report writing
– Prepare feedback on Data quality assurance and District Hospital
– Conduct secondary analysis of available data and stimulate writing and publications
– To identify needs and provide initial and ongoing training, and Technical assistance to partners and all users of HIV EMR( Open-MRS, CBS,HMIS)system
– Working with the other members of the unit, clean routine data and ensure quality of reported data
– Work with units in preparation of annual reports and reports to partners
– Work with Units to develop the reporting tools
– Train decentralized staffs on reporting System within HIV Division
– Provide help desk on reporting from Health facilities
N.B: Required experience that will be considered in all qualification should be in health management informatics systems or health data auditing.
