1. Creative Designer

 Title: Creative designer

A Creative Designer works in areas of marketing and advertising to create various materials, such as product labels or brochures that provide information about a company’s offerings. They design these materials using paper sketches and digital illustration software. They will follow the process from concept to rough layout to prototype to completed project.

Creative Designer Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  •  Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  •  Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  •  Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  •  Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Responsibilities;

  • Collecting, receiving, labeling, and/or analyzing samples or substances using the correct testing equipment, when necessary

Job Description

  • Communicate with Engineering, Configuration Management, Quality, Production, and Project Managers to complete tasks and provide status.

7. CNC Programmer

Job title: CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Read and review technical drawings and import 2D and 3D CAD drawings into Mastercam.
  • Create programs in PLC using 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
  • Checks completed programs by running simulations in the available CAM software.
  • Determine the correct sequence of operations that will be programed for the machines.
  • Consider tools required to cut particular materials; review with tool administrator any special tooling that will be needed to make sure tools needed are in-house.
  • Use computer software to program and choose the correct tools, cutting paths, feed and speeds for the machines.
  • Simplify tool lists to increase productivity for the machines.
  • Create clear and detailed instructions in the programs for the machinists.
  • Modify existing programs for increased efficiency.
  • Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve program problems at the machine.
  • Work closely with the supervisor and the machinist to optimize and work through issues that may arise.
  • Make recommendations to the designers and engineers for product enhancements and manufactory efficiency.
  • May need to set up tools, set part zero, tool offsets, holding devises and prove out a new program at the machine until completion of 1st piece inspection.
  • May need to create a 2D and 3D model within CAM software to make fixturing for the machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in design engineering, engineering, product design or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of CAM software programming experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operating CNC machines in a work environment.
  • Ability to program multi-axis CNC milling and lathe equipment using CAM software (MasterCAM, SolidWorks CAM, Solid Edge, Fusion 360, NX CAM etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all engineering activities of the design team.
  • Defining, planning and approving the work activities of the design team. This includes defining and approving work content that may be assigned to other functional resource group within the engineering department.

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks by forklift as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Select and mix coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment, such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns
  • Prepare metals for painting and coating with sanding/grinding hand tools and power tools as needed

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts

Job title: Procurement and Logistics Manager

We are looking for an innovative Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team. You will spearhead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensuring stock optimization, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes

Our Procurement Manager will be a supply chain and logistics expert who will specialize in implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by the company. Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company’s policies and procedures on supply chain management will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role

Responsibilities

Procurement:

  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
  • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
  • Preparing procurement reports

Logistics:

  • Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
  • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements
  • Understanding of principles of accounting and finance
  • Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
