Project Facilitators
World Vision Rwanda is a child focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 29 Districts of Rwanda.
World Vision Rwanda seeks to hire 3 highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced nationals for the position of Project Facilitator. The position will be based at Ishema Cluster, Nyabiheke, and Kiziba Refugee Camps reporting to the Project Coordinator (Profuturo UNHCR Project)
Purpose of the position:
Facilitate the implementation of ProFuturo project activities in the identified schools hosting refugee students and ensure they fully benefit. The job holder will contribute to achieving WVR’s Child Well-being through planning, monitoring, and implementing project in line with applicable Technical Approaches and contents based on MINEDUC & REB standards in the promotion of ICT4E

Proper utilization and functionality of the equipment is regularly monitored Proper documentation of the success stories and best practices is done regularly Monthly and quarterly reports are done timely Mandatory government reports are produced timely and accurately Lessons learnt are provided to inform improvement in the project. |
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical skills and Experience
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in education or Information Communication Technology (ICT)
- 3 years’ experience working with education projects
- Experience in conducting teacher trainings
- Should be computer literate in word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to facilitate implementation of the project for the improvement of basic education through ICT.
- Ability to effectively implement ICT for Education to improve the quality of education.
- Strong skills in networking with education sector stakeholders at the district, sector, and cluster level.
- Ability to address issues related to the equipment, platform, network, and the contents.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
