Essential 1. INSPECTIONS: 1.1 Joint inspections to be conducted with the Contractor Safety Department on a daily basis. 1.2 Compiling of the Safety Officer Report on a daily basis. 1.3 Daily submission of Safety Officer reports to the HSE Manager. 1.4 Follow-up to ensure deviations are closed out and signed off. Photo or documentation proof to be added to the report and close-out document. 1.5 Reporting to the HSE Manager, any deviations not timeously closed-out. 1.6 Submission of all documentation on close-out to the HSE Manager. 2. INCIDENT/ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT: 2.1 SMS all incidents to the HSE Manager on occurrence. 2.2 Ensure flash reports are submitted within 24 hrs of incident/accident occurrence. 2.3 Attend/Facilitate all incident/accident investigations in your area of responsibility. 2.4 Ensure preliminary reports and all supporting documentation is submitted to the HSE Manager within 3 days of occurrence. 2.5 Ensure that a final investigation report is submitted within 7 days of occurrence. 2.6 Ensure a lesson learned is conducted and submitted to the HSE Manager with the final investigation report. 2.7 Ensure all remedial actions are closed-out within 27 days of occurrence and close-out reports signed off and submitted to the HSE Manager. |
