Ibyo tugomba kwirinda tumaze kurya

Bakunzi b`urubuga amarebe.com, turabizi twese ko ibyo kurya ari ingirakamaro ntagereranywa kumubili wacu.Kubwiyo mpamvu,iyo dufashe ibyo kurya bikwiriye kandi muburyo bwiza tuba duha umubili wacu ibyangombwa ukeneye (nutriments) kugira ngo ukore neza. Ikibabaje nuko hari ibyo tutazi cyangwa tutitaho ahubwo tukabikora nkakamenyero nyuma yokurya nyamara bishobora gushyira mukaga umubili wacu.

1.Kuryama:

3. Kurya imbuto:

4.Kunywa itabi:

5. Kwiyuhagira:
