HR Intern

About the Role:

Save the Children is seeking an HR Intern to learn from on-job training how Human resources are practically managed and Assist the Human Resources department in ensuring the delivery of quality, efficient and proactive HR support services to the Rwanda Programme.

Qualifications and experience
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant field;
• At least one year’s relevant experience in HR within a busy organisation;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in working with computers particularly spread sheets and word processing;
• Able to working within a team;
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural setting;

Contract type: Fixed Term contract
Dimension: 1-year contract

CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
This position is on Child Safeguarding- Level 3: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs. Or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.
