Job description
Undertake human resources planning for the institution in consultation with the management;
Lead the staff recruitment process and their placement as the need arises;
Conduct regular capacity needs assessments and identify training and development opportunities;
Lead the development of a staff capacity-building plan and its implementation;
Ensure compliance with the recruitment policies and laws within RGB;
Participate in the development of staff job descriptions;
Organize staff orientations/induction;
Ensure the probation phase is concluded and reports made;
Support the performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation of staff;
Keep custody of staff records and regularly update them;
Prepare monthly salaries and benefits for staff in a timely manner;
Ensure statutory deductions are done timely and declared to responsible institutions (RRA, RSSB…);
Monitor daily attendance of staff and report issues of absenteeism;
Facilitate institutional culture building and ensure that any cases of indiscipline are properly managed;
Ensure that staff leave is effectively planned and implemented;
Promote professionalism in the human resources management within the institution.
