Job description
ï‚§ Undertake human resources planning for the institution in consultation with the management;
ï‚§ Lead the staff recruitment process and their placement as the need arises;
ï‚§ Conduct regular capacity needs assessments and identify training and development opportunities;
ï‚§ Lead the development of a staff capacity-building plan and its implementation;
ï‚§ Ensure compliance with the recruitment policies and laws within RGB;
ï‚§ Participate in the development of staff job descriptions;
ï‚§ Organize staff orientations/induction;
ï‚§ Ensure the probation phase is concluded and reports made;
ï‚§ Support the performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation of staff;
ï‚§ Keep custody of staff records and regularly update them;
ï‚§ Prepare monthly salaries and benefits for staff in a timely manner;
 Ensure statutory deductions are done timely and declared to responsible institutions (RRA, RSSB…);
ï‚§ Monitor daily attendance of staff and report issues of absenteeism;
ï‚§ Facilitate institutional culture building and ensure that any cases of indiscipline are properly managed;
ï‚§ Ensure that staff leave is effectively planned and implemented;
ï‚§ Promote professionalism in the human resources management within the institution.
