Hospitality General Manager

• Identify and help ensure the execution of strategic goals.
• Oversee marketing and demand generation.
• Resource allocation.
• Helping to resolve issues.
• Often expected to have a multi-faceted personality, including leadership skills, analytical thinking, people management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Keeping an eye on all the operations of the hotel, including activities of all departments,
• Inspecting all the rooms regularly in order to check if they are keeping up with the hotel standards,
• Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff,
• Responsible for managing budgets,
• Planning maintenance works, events, and room bookings,
• Directing and managing all operational aspects such as distribution operations, human resources, customer service, administration, and sales, etc.
• Assessing the condition of the local market and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities,
• Making forecasts, business plans, and financial objectives to meet goals and metrics,

Qualifications for Hospitality General Manager

• Master’s degree in Hospitality management, Business administration, or a related field and minimum of 5 years’
• experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management or a similar subject and minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
