Job Description
• Study design briefs from all RBC divisions and MoH and determine design requirements
• Conceptualize all visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for health campaigns
• Provide designs for all strategic documents to be used or disseminated by RBC and MoH (Reports, Strategic plans, SOPs, Newsletters, Magazines etc)
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Ensuring each graphic follows appropriate colors and layouts as determined by RBC brand book
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
