Job description

1. Coordinate all operations of the front desk office
â–ª Ensures proper reception and dispatching of correspondences.
â–ª Ensures filing of documents and correspondences
â–ª Ensure warm reception of guests and guide them accordingly
â–ª Ensures proper handling of incoming and outgoing mails;
â–ª Ensures prompt response to customer queries
â–ª Keep record of unsolved issues and escalate them to appropriate department/unit
2. Manage the outgoing documents
â–ª Dispatches all outgoing correspondences to respective destination
â–ª Follows up of the outgoing documents whether they have reached to their destination on time
3. Organize the filing and archiving of records and documents.
â–ª Carries out on daily basis the filing of processed documents.
