Job description
– Answerable to the Director of Finance and Administration ;
– Receive and direct visitors;
– Answer and manage all incoming calls and redirect them or take messages;
– Keep updated records and files;
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
– Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
– Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter;
– Handle filing and data entry as requested;
– Perform office administration and clerical duties;
– Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees;
– Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously;
– Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails;
– Perform any other official duties assigned by the supervisor.
