• Maintain food and beverage hygiene and safety
• Perform kitchen Mise en place
• Maintain food nutrients in cooking
• Perform restaurant opening duties
• Serve food and beverage
• Perform kitchen and restaurant closing duties
• Prepare simple bakery products
• Prepare stocks, sauces, and soups
• Prepare vegetables and starch dishes
• Prepare salads and fruits
• Prepare meat, poultry and egg dishes




Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Hospitality management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverage management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverage operations

    0 Year of relevant experience
