Job responsibilities
– Facilitating communication and collaboration between the NISR and various stakeholders including government agencies, international organizations, and other statistical bodies. – Following up with statistical activities, data collection methods, and data dissemination practices. – Conducting in-depth analysis of statistical data and providing insights to inform decision-making processes within the institute and for external stakeholders. – Identifying training needs and providing guidance on capacity building initiatives to enhance the skills and competencies of staff members in statistical methodologies and techniques. – Identifying potential risks and challenges to the institute’s operations and providing recommendations to mitigate these risks effectively. – Providing support to the Director General on various matters related to statistical activities, organizational management, and strategic decision-making.
