Job Responsibilities
- Provide Quick Responses to end users’ queries.
- Perform Patching/Upgrades of Laptop Operating systems.
- Ensure Data Backup for High-risk users.
- Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
- Responds to customer requests effectively.
- Configures, installs and maintains complex software systems.
- Identifies, manages and resolves issues in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and act on end-user support tickets, keeping each updated with the status.
- Troubleshoot PC technical issues until resolved or escalate to the team for additional assistance.
- Be standby/Available for calls always to attend end user issues.
- Make suggestions for PC improvements, or end-user education to reduce the reoccurrence of issues.
- Perform PC deployments and replacements as necessary.
- Maintain the inventory of PCs and peripherals for use as spares and/or replacements.
- Work on non-end user projects as time and skills allow
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer Engineering
- 3 years of relevant experience in a related field
