Job description
He/she will mainly focus on:
– Participate in setting up a Monitoring and Evaluation System for the partners’ projects under his/her responsibility
– Assess and ascertain whether partners’ project activities implemented with MYCULTURE are supportive of national and local development goals;
– Identify potential problems/issues linked with youth economic empowerment projects implementation for remedial actions and to elevate unresolved issues and problems to the direct hierarchy for resolution and final action;
– provide information on lessons learned in partners’ projects implemented with MYCULTURE implementation for planning and implementation of the future similar project;
– Propose corrective actions to the project implementing agent based on the above.
– Design new projects in line with the core mission of the Ministry;
– Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
