Job Description
• Ensure case Management and treatment strategies related to Other respiratory diseases.
• Coordinate the development/updating/distribution of all guidelines, clinical protocol and tools related to Other respiratory diseases care and treatment.
• Coordinate the development / updating the policies on Other respiratory diseases
• Coordinate all partners involved in Other respiratory diseases care and treatment activities;
• Ensure proper management of epidemiological data of Other respiratory diseases.
• Planning and implementation of the quarterly and annually activities related to other respiratory Diseases and Leprosy;
• Coordinate the integration of other respiratory Diseases and Leprosy activities;
• Coordinate trainings of health care providers on other respiratory Diseases and Leprosy strategy
• Delivers comprehensive evaluation of direct reports complete with development plans followed up by active coaching; ensures that staff under him/her are evaluated and developed
In collaboration with other RBC divisions, especially NRL/NCD/Corporate Services/ HIV Division and RMS, to ensure that:
All equipment , related to Other respiratory diseases diagnosis and treatment are purchased and distributed to the health facilities according to their respective needs.
• Drugs of Other respiratory diseases are available from the central level to all health facilities.
• Guidelines, protocol and tools related to Other respiratory diseases management are updated
In collaboration with health facilities , to ensure that:
•TB diagnosed patients are timely initiated on Other respiratory diseases treatment .
The Other respiratory diseases policy are implemented in all health facilities.
N.B:
1. For a Bachelor’s Degree Holder, 3 years of relevant working experience should be in fields related to management of respiratory diseases work.
2. For a Master’s Degree Holder, the one (1) year of relevant working experience should be in fields related to management of respiratory diseases work and Background in nursing shall constitute and added advantage
