Job Description

-Coordinate all activities of the Unit;
-Coordinate the collect, treatments and filling of the documents in archives of the Parliament;
-Coordinate the sensitization the Staff of the Parliament for filling their documents;
-Ensure the access of the library for Members of Parliament, Staff of the Parliament and the public;
-Ensure the availability of library materials;
-Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the Directorate’ activities.




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Documentation

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Archival Studies

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Archives

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Publishing

  • Master’s Degree in Information Management

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree of Arts and Publishing

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Archives

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Archives and Record Management

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Archives and Record Management

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Archival Science

    1 Year of relevant experience
