Manage the development of training manual
Coordinate all activities related to curriculum development and implementation and IBT scheme implementation
Manage the adaptation and review of curricula in tourism training standards.
Monitor piloting of curricula in Tourism training standards.
Follow-up the design of tutorial videos for training.
Support the quality of training and professional industrial attachment scheme (continuous training of trainers of trainers, school managers, etc…) ;
Work closely with RTTI in delivering TOT and Pre-service trainings.
Liaise with TVET institutions for the training of trainers
Collaborate with the different TVET development partners and stakeholders;
Provide technical and professional advice concerning curriculum development to the program manager.
Ensure assessment, verification and certification result are properly recorded kept.
Organize & prepare the National Skills Competition in tourism and hospitality sector as stipulated in the program objectives.
Perform all other tasks assigned by her/his supervisors.

Digital literacy skills; Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French. Knowledge of all is an added advantage

Knowledge of and extensive practical experience in the Competency Based Training (CBT) Curriculum Development process (against documentary evidence)

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in teaching Hospitality, Tourism and related subjects in IPRCs and/or in tertiary education.

Extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism (H&T) industry in general
-
Excellent professional relationships in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Demonstrated successful experience collaborating across programs and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to productively interact with a wide range and levels of organizations (government, private sector, other development project teams, NGOs, etc.)

Previous experience of working in the same capacity would be a plus.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, Kinyarwanda or French
