Job Description
– Monitor completeness and timeliness of report
– Conduct data quality audit
– Conduct and participate in studies
– Provide capacity building to staff in Statistical software
– Develop data management and use strategy in HIV Division
– Develop/update Training curricula for the DH M&E, Data managers and Statisticians
– Organize and conduct trainings of DH data managers on data use
– Participate in the reports writing
– Prepare feedback to District Hospital
– Conduct secondary analysis of available data
– To identify needs and provide initial and ongoing training on TRACnet system users
– Provide TA to partners and to all users of TRACnet system – help desk to all HF
– Working with the other members of the unit, clean routine data and ensure quality of reported data
– Provide data with implementing partner
– Work with units in preparation of annual reports and reports to partners
– Work with Units to develop the reporting tools
NB: Required experience for alla qualifications should be in working with Health data in Rwnda
