Job Description

– Develop tools aiming at creating awareness on competition law
– Implement strategies/polices/ regulations designed to combat unfair trade practices
– Advise the Unit on anti-competitive preventive measures;
– Conduct periodical analysis and Advise the management on current markets trends and appropriate measures
– Monitor compliance with provisions of competition law.
– Receive and handle complaints related to abuse of dominance position;
– Implement strategies and policies designed to control abuse of dominance position;
– Monitor and report on risks associated with horizontal agreements, vertical agreements and abuse of a dominant market position
– Receive and register all competition complaints
– Follow up and investigate complaints related with competition




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business

    Experience: 0

  • Bachelor’s degree in International trade law

    Experience: 0
