BACKGROUND
Good Neighbors International (GNI) is an international humanitarian and developmental organization in General Consultative Status with UN ECOSOC operating in 40 countries around the world. Â GNI in Rwanda is legally registered and has endeavored to improve child sponsorship and protection, health, education, WASH, agriculture & livelihood, humanitarian assistance, advocacy, and social economy in 6 districts (Gasabo, Kamonyi, Gisagara, Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, and Karongi).
Good Neighbors would like to recruit staff with the following positions:

Qualifications and experience required
- The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (A0), Fields of rural development, agriculture, social science, or related fields, with at least 3 years’ experience;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English;
- Proven experience in community mobilization. Having experience in agriculture and/or rural development projects will be preferred
- Aptitude for working with the rural community, youth and women groups,
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Good computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing skills.
- Honest and transparent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
