Job Description
– Perform building installations systems and maintenance services
– Carpentry services: fabrication and repair
– Plumbing services: Installation, repair and maintenance
– Responsible for maintaining records of work done, time records
– Analyze, Developing and implementing building and facilities maintenance plans to prevent costly breakdowns Bill of Quantities.
– Develop building designs and interpretations
– Fixing machinery, plumbing, heating and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building’s inhabitants.
– Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair, painting, masonries…
– Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
– Propose preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems
– Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
– Regular Preparing and submitting maintenance reports.
