Loveway Rwanda Co., Ltd., which was registered on November 23, 2018, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Origin Biotech Co., Ltd. Loveway Rwanda Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and marketing of pharmaceuticals, medicinal chemical and botanical products.
2.POSITION:Cashier
3.Description:
- Strictly Check and review employee’s reimbursements, ensure each request follows policy, related supporting files and invoices, Bill, EBM are valid and real.
- Base on the payment application to arrange the bank payments or MOMO PAY in time every day, check the supporting, If the supporting can’t match the finance policy, contact with the submit person, coach to revise.
- After payment, update cash, bank and MOMO PAY, download daily bank statement, tracking the balance.
- Collect and print voucher files of bank, MOMOPAY and cash, Bookkeeping voucher file.
- Check the balance and bookkeeping at the end of the day, and any difference, list the reason and follow up.
- Supporting for any other tasks signed by leader
4. Requirement：
- College degree, and above in Accounting or Finance.
- Understand general finance knowledge, Hold accounting certificate.
- With accounting qualification certificate and 2 years of financial working experience.
- Higher preciseness and responsibility, strong principle.
- Sensible to figures, high working efficiency.
- Honest and studious and attentive to details, power of understanding.
- Work carefully and high sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill with team spirit.
- A good learner, flexible and adaptable.
- Good computer skill especially in MS office software, especially Excel.
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
- Work under high pressure with scheduled deadline and limited time.
