Call for Tender of Supplying ELECTRONIC MATERIALS
Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ office in Rwanda (CRS) is a nonprofit international humanitarian and development organization working with local partners to serve the poor and vulnerable in Rwanda and globally.
In the context of the USG-funded INECD Program, CRS plans to furnish and equip four (4) cluster offices (Ngoma, Nyabihu, Nyamasheke, and Kigali). In this regard, CRS invites all eligible commercial companies in Rwanda to supply the followings materials and equipments:

Bidders are invited to compete for specified equipments in the table above as part of this tender notice and the following conditions must be met in the tender document:
- Submit your best financial offer
- Specify the possible minimum time for delivery
- Clarify the validity of the offer.
- Provide a copy of Registration Certificate (Registre de Commerce)
- Specify if the prices are VAT inclusive or exclusive
- Submit 3 professional references
- Bid should include the transportation cost from Kigali to Ngoma, Nyabuhu, and Nyamasheke Districts.
Bid written in French or English addressed to the attention of the CRS / Rwanda Program Country Representative must be submitted to the following e-mail address: rwandabids@crs.org on or before December 17,2021 at 5:00 P.M.
All bidders are advised that this tender does not constitute in any way a commitment on the part of CRS/Rwanda or its agents, for any service requested.
