Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in coordinating some of the small projects and demands implementation and deliver them as quickly as possible to respond to Business requests.
  • Support the PMO section in consolidating reports required for all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for project activities implementation coordination from the project initiation to project closure and handover to operations for all the assigned projects and demands.
  • To ensure the proper documentation of all the assigned projects and demands documents for future use or reference.
  • To apply the project management and demand process standards and best practices in terms of project time (schedule), quality, and cost (budget).
  • Effective management and collaboration with all stakeholders (internal/external) with regular project and progress reports.
  • Proper management of project and demand resources and change requests approval process.
  • Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
  • Provide Leadership in the governance of her/his assigned projects and demands across all business units.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Manage closely the capitalizations of his/her assigned projects and make sure to execute according to the planned monthly capitalization.
  • Other duties as assigned.




Job Requirements

  • First degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology
  • 2 years experience in managing IT projects or demands in the IT sector.
  • Fluent in English and language of the country preferable
  • PMP, PRINCE2 and ACP (Agile) Certified/Related will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
