Job Description
– Advise the DG on strategic and tactic matters related to RICA functions
– Make a close follow-up on the implementation of the strategic plan and action plan of RICA
– Review and analyze processes, procedures & plans of RICA
– Review and exercise quality control of all items submitted to DG for comments, or signature, including briefings, official correspondences and press releases
– Prepare the briefs, minutes and reports of meetings of DG
– Manage DG’s official agenda
– Follow up the implementation of RICA management decisions
– Follow up closely the implementation of RICA policies, guidelines and regulations
– Lead the overall coordination of staff and functioning of DG’s office
– Perform other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
