Job Description
– Keep daily appointments of HOD
– Receive and orient HOD visitors
– Prepare the HOD travels, missions clearance and meetings
– Filing both electronic and hard documents in the office of HOD
– Orient correspondences from HOD to Concerned department and ensure that feedback is provided
– Receiving incoming correspondences of HOD
– Check and propose correction to the documents submitted to the HOD before signing
– Prepare letters and memo as required by the HOD
