Job description
– Read and verify the form and substance of documents submitted from hospital units to DG’s office;
– Handle correspondences intended for/from the Director general’s office;
– Manage the agenda of hospital DG and make logistical arrangements of all meetings chaired by him/her;
– Set up, ensure proper custody and constantly update an effective filing system of correspondences of the Hospital DG;
– Manage the office of the hospital DG and handle his/her visitors;
– Arrange external meetings and appointments of DG and organize his/her travels.
Job profile
A1 in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or A0 in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology, Social Work, Law Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
– Office Management Skills;
– Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
– Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet)
– Analytical and problem solving skills;
– Time management skills;
– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
