Job description
1. Managing the CEO’s agenda.
Keep the diary of appointments of the CEO.
Receive and orient visitors to the CEO.
Prepare the CEO’s travels, missions, and meetings.
2. Ensuring proper filing and orientation of documents in the office of the CEO.
Filing both electronic and hard documents in the office of the CEO.
Orient correspondences and monitor to ensure that feedback is provided.
3. Receiving official mails and Calls of the CEO.
Receiving text messages or telephone calls for the CEO.
Responding to the CEO’s on the corrections documents/files before it is signed.
