Job Description

 Keep the diary of appointments of Principal;
 Receive and orient visitors to the Principal’s office;
 Prepare the Principal’s travels, missions and meetings;
 File both electronic and hard documents in the office of Principal;
 Orient correspondences and monitor to ensure that feedback is provided;
 Receive text messages or telephone calls for Principal;
 Correct documents / files before they are signed.
 Write texts from the Principal;
 Provide periodic report as required,
 Perform any other task assigned his/her supervisor related to his/her responsibilities




Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Office Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

    0 Year of relevant experience
