About MJJ DESIGN Ltd
MJJ DESIGN Ltd specializes in creative designs and customized promotional products. We are looking for 100 Graphic Designers to join our team in Kigali, Rwanda, and help bring ideas to life through creativity, precision, and quality. Recent graduates with practical design skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and accurate designs for customized promotional products, including pins, badges, patches, medals, key chains, and other personalized items
- Develop professional artwork and product layouts based on customer requirements, design briefs, and customization requests.
- Use Adobe Illustrator to prepare high-quality vector artwork suitable for product customization and manufacturing.
- Ensure accuracy in design details, dimensions, colors, text, logos, and other specifications.
- Revise and refine artwork based on customer feedback and internal review before final approval.
- Collaborate with team members to transform creative concepts into practical, production-ready designs.
- Maintain consistent design quality and ensure that final artwork meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Support efficient design workflows by completing artwork and revisions within required timelines.
- Continuously improve design skills, explore creative solutions, and contribute to innovation in customized product design.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Applicants aged 20–30 years are encouraged to apply.
- A background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Software Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical knowledge and skills in Adobe Illustrator are essential.
- Recent graduates with limited or no professional experience are welcome to apply.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
- Reliability, commitment to work, and the ability to meet deadlines.
