1. Job Purpose
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will lead ATL’s enterprise-wide strategy development, strategic planning, corporate performance management, growth initiatives, investment evaluation, strategic partnerships, and transformation programmes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role will work closely with the Board, executive leadership, and subsidiary management teams to drive sustainable growth, long-term value creation, operational excellence, and effective execution of ATL’s strategic objectives across aviation, logistics, travel, training, infrastructure, and related business portfolios.
2. Key Duties & Responsibilities;
a. Group Strategy & Strategic Planning
- Lead the formulation, execution and regularrefresh of ATL Holding’s strategy, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations, market realities and long-term enterprise priorities.
- Translate the Group vision into clear strategic priorities, measurable objectives and practical execution plans across ATL and its Strategic Business Units.

1. Job Purpose
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide senior-level professional cost, commercial and quantity surveying expertise and leadership throughout the planning, design, procurement, construction and completion of ATL’s aviation and airport infrastructure projects.
The role will ensure effective cost planning, estimating, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, cost control and commercial risk management, while ensuring that project expenditure remains aligned with approved budgets, scope, quality, programme and value-for-money objectives. a. Electrical Design & Engineering
- Develop, review and coordinate electrical designs, drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentation for ATL facilities, projects, and infrastructure.

The role will ensure that all architectural and engineering solutions are technically sound, operationally fit for purpose and compliant with applicable laws and regulations, approved project requirements, safety standards, quality requirements and sustainability objectives.
The position will work as part of multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, regulators, stakeholders and other technical specialists to support the successful delivery of ATL projects to the required quality, cost, schedule, safety and performance standards.
