Job responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Lead, The Project Manager of BioCap has the following responsibilities: – Plan, coordinate, and oversee implementation of project activities in accordance with approved work plans and budgets. – Facilitate the day-to-day functions of the project PI in Rwanda – Coordinate scientific, technical, and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs. – Liaise with development partners, collaborating institutions, and national regulators to facilitate project implementation. – Monitor project performance against targets and indicators and prepare consolidated technical and financial progress reports. – Ensure compliance with donor, biosafety, regulatory, and institutional requirements. – Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and visibility of biotechnology programs – Implement any other activity assigned by the project PI
