King Faisal Hospital Kigali is looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position
POSITION:
Internal Auditor Officer(Re-advertisement)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
- Manage resources and audit assignments.
- Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Report control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
- Implement the annual Internal Audit plan
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- He/she must have A minimum of (A0) bachelor’s degree level in Finance or Accounting
- He/she must 3 years of working experience in internal auditing, risk managements
- Certified Public Accountant or ACCA, or currently undertaking CPA or ACCA is an added advantage
- Registration with relevant professional body.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Extensive knowledge of fraud investigation technique, financial and internal auditing principals and methodology
- Knowledge of the hospital regulatory, legislative and financial management regulatory framework
- Ability to prepare and execute audit coverage plans
- Proven skills including preparation, implementation and management of strategic, operational and financial plans projects
