Job Description
• Coordination of the completeness and timeliness of HIV data systems routine collection , cleaning and analysis
• Coordination of all operational studies & Sero surveillance sampling and implementation,analysis and reporting
• Provide HIV division with robust data and evidence for strategic planning
• Ensure accuracy of data reported in national and international reports
• Ensure the back up and the security of HIV Data
• Monitor activity implementation in line with Strategic plan
• Support in collaboration with partners and request for funds
• Regular follow up of budget execution for HIV projects within the division
• Provide capacity building to HIV Division and decentralized staffs on data demand and use ,
analysis and writing
• Delivers comprehensive evaluation of direct reports complete with development plans followed up by active coaching; ensures that staff under him/her are evaluated and developed
In collaboration with All RBC developping and implementation partners and Ministry of health:
– Ensure availability of reports and develop data use for HIV.
– Respond timely to data demand and use
In collaboration with RBC HIV Division Units
– Gather data / provide information to inform the HIV Response to HIV
– Assist HIV programs to set cost effective priorities
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Public Health
1 Year of relevant experience
