– Support in development of needed tools for Cardiovascular Diseases
– Support in the organization of trainings of health care providers for a proper Cardiovascular Diseases
– Link with decentralized entities for a regular follow up on activities
– Participate in M&E activities done by the central level
– Develop quarterly and annually report
– Provide timely feedback to her/his immediate supervisor for quick action With cardiovascular specialist
– Submit reports and feedback to the supervisors and ensure their transmission back to the decentralized level With M&E team
– Support M&E activities
 Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global health with nursing background. Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
– Good knowledge of Rwanda Health System;
– Knowledge and technical expertise in Cardio
– Vascular Diseases;
– Planning & Organizational skills;
– Research Skills & Writing skills;
– Creative, proactive, customer focused, solutions led and outcome driven skills;
– Interpersonal skills;
– Effective communication skills;
– Time Management skills;
– Computer skills;
– Judgment & Decision making skills;
– Complex Problem solving skills;
– Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
