Job Description
• To identify priority files to be submitted for payment
• Provide administrative support to finance Office
• Receive incoming and assist in delivering out going correspondence and filing them
• Coordinate specific office appointments
• Assist in managing and arranging finance files
• To read and correct the files for signature
• Recording, sorting out and filing the files for the Finance office
• Record all requests
• Receive and direct visitors
• Organize the Finance daily and weekly agenda
• Produce document in word and excel
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
