As part of the expansion strategy, we are looking for interested, qualified, and competent candidates to fill the following position:

  • Job Title:             Customer Loyalty Officer
  • Reports to:           Manager Customer Loyalty
  • Department:        Customer Loyalty, Commercial
  • Duty Station:       Kigali International Airport (KIA)


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To draw attention to new developments in areas relevant to the work of the section
  • Support the development of contribution agreements, MOU, and other corporate agreements with partner organizations
  • Maintains key relationships between partners and Financial Resources (costing and operational credits/chargebacks);
  • May be required to take on special assignments and more frequent interaction with senior team members around program development issues
  • Prepares project reports
  • To identify when project-supported activities merit publication or some other form of wider dissemination to development audiences.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints regarding cards and usage of their miles;
  • Ensure award tickets, excess baggage and upgrade requests and done on time.
  • Enroll new Dream Miles corporate customers and ensure cards are issued
  • Compliance with Dream Miles’s internal process
  • On-time performance (meeting tasks deadlines & timely response)
  • Come up with initiatives for improving the Dream Miles program
  • Monitoring and review of reports provided by the different RwandAir outstations and coordinating with the Dream miles’ champions
  • Monitoring through review of the system-generated report of an upgrade, award tickets and excess luggage provided during the week
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on dream miles and evaluation of the progress
  • Other duties and responsibilities provided by the Manager


Desired Profile: Required education, Experience, and Abilities

  • Degree in Marketing, Finance/Accounting Management, and other related fields;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in passenger handling, sales, and digital banking
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge of reservation, DCS is an added advantage
  • Selling and negotiation skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Computer literate;
  • Analytical influencing skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-growing business;
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
  • Able to work long hours with minimum supervision
