CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER	She/he must have a diploma (A1) in Hospitality Management, Mass communication and Business administration Any other additional qualification relevant to the field is an added advantage Must have at least three (3) years of experience in the relevant field. Proven computer literacy Rwandese by Nationality Age below 40 years	To ensure that patients are afforded access to the Clinical staff through an appointment system To help emergency patients access to care without detriment to their health Ensure that the patients are not kept waiting for the appointment with the Clinical staff To deals with patients complaints as they arise Ensure that the patients’ files and records are complete and ready for the visit to the Clinical staff	2
