Job Description 

– To the compilation of service requisitions and transmit to the administration
– Establish, to the assessment and followed quarterly supply plan
– Participate in Developing DAO and ask them to prepare pro forma invoice
– Prepare and follow the order
– Retrieve and route control products to stock
– Participate in the meeting of the Committee for the award of steps
– Ensure preventive maintenance, rolling stock
– check and follow the rolling hardware repair
– Check, view the schedule of drivers and supervise the work
– Ensure the supply and use of fuel rolling stock
– Follow vehicle insurance
– Supervise proper use and clean vehicles
– Do everything else asked by his supervisor in the work
– Observe and respect the values & taboos as developed in the internal regulation rules

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with procurement professional certificates

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Public Finance

    0 Year of relevant experience
