Job description

 Undertake human resources planning for the institution in consultation with the management;
 Lead the staff recruitment process and their placement as the need arises;
 Conduct regular capacity needs assessments and identify training and development opportunities;
 Lead the development of a staff capacity-building plan and its implementation;
 Ensure compliance with the recruitment policies and laws within RGB;
 Participate in the development of staff job descriptions;
 Organize staff orientations/induction;
 Ensure the probation phase is concluded and reports made;
 Support the performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation of staff;
 Keep custody of staff records and regularly update them;
 Prepare monthly salaries and benefits for staff in a timely manner;
 Ensure statutory deductions are done timely and declared to responsible institutions (RRA, RSSB…);
 Monitor daily attendance of staff and report issues of absenteeism;
 Facilitate institutional culture building and ensure that any cases of indiscipline are properly managed;
 Ensure that staff leave is effectively planned and implemented;
 Promote professionalism in the human resources management within the institution.



Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resource

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a recognized Human Resource Professional Certification

    3 Years of relevant experience
