Job description
Participate in the registration process of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs ensuring that Laws are respected
Act as the notary in the process of registration of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs
Review the application documents to ensure that they meet the legal requirements before they are approved
Participate in the monitoring of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs to assess their eligibility for registration
Monitoring the compliance of NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs to the Law
Support the RGB interpret the laws related to NGOs, FBOs, INGOs & POs
Ensure the PPs, NGOs and FBOs statutes comply with the Law;
Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Law
1 Year of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Law
3 Years of relevant experience
