Job description
– Identify capacity issues for Media houses and conduct participatory capacity needs assessment
– Develop and implement the program capacity development strategy plan
– Develop the required capacity development quality standards and progress monitoring framework;
– Support implementing partners in developing their respective capacity development programs and providing technical advice on their implementation
– Contribute to the production of knowledge products of Medias houses Capacity Development
– Develop a creative training strategy to train media houses and implementing partners according to the needs
– Coordinate general capacity development activities and facilitate capacity development initiatives for media houses
– Assess incidents/problems and make appropriate capacity changes to improve services performance;
– Produce regular evidence-based and results-oriented report on the capacity development activities conducted;
– Producing annual and quarterly work plans and narrative reports of capacity development related activities as required by RGB
