Job Description
To approve duty rosters established by Nurses in charge of Clinical departments
To participate in quarterly and annual evaluation of staff performance
Proceed in conflict management between Nursing and midwifery staff
Implement sanctions measures in case of personnel misconduct and bad service delivery
To participate in evaluation of training needs of clinical personnel
Participate actively in elaboration of training module
Participate in elaboration of plan and organization of continuous on-job training of hospital staff
To participate in maternal and child mortality audit sessions
Supervision of students nurses and midwives during internship within the hospital
Manages and supervises the work of others, directly and through subordinate managers.
Direct the development and implementation of effective policies and procedures.
Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing/midwifery and related services and make necessary improvements.
Understand, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations and policies related to nursing and hospital administration.
Analyze and resolve complex problems related to nursing service management.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others including physicians, nurses, administrators, managers, vendors, contractors and other health care industry personnel.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’ Degree in Nursing
3 Years of relevant experience
