Job Description

-Support districts to increase access to high-quality Maternal New born Health services along the continuum of care.
-Support district to increase community mobilization for, participation in, and use of Maternal New born Health services.
-Provide strategic guidance in the Review/development of protocols and training manuals for Maternal New born Health including, Focused Antenatal care, Emergency Management of Obstetrical, essential newborn care, and neonatal care.
-Conduct training for health providers in Maternal Newborn Health components, including, Focused Antenatal care, Emergency management of Obstetrical Care, and neonatal care
-Conduct regular mentorship visits in all health facilities

Support in the development of mentorship tools and Monitoring Evaluation systems with M&E Division
-Regular review of current supervision system and strengthen by transitioning to a feasible mentoring model with M&E Division
-Define Maternal and new born health indicators to track progress
-Support to adapt quality improvement approaches for Maternal and Newborn Care (learning collaborative)
-Build capacity of supervisors at decentralized level and service providers on Maternal Newborn Care quality improvement methods services




Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Global Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Global Health

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in general medecine

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Maternal and Child Health, or Clinical Service Delivery

    0 Year of relevant experience
