Job description

ï‚§ Ensure proper management of the Office of the Rector and effective liaison with ILPD Departments
ï‚§ Keep the diary of appointments of the Rector.
ï‚§ Receive and orient visitors of the Rector.
ï‚§ Prepare the Rector Travels, missions and meetings.
Contribute to the organization of various ILPD meetings.
ï‚§ File both electronic and hard documents in the office of the Rector.
Orient correspondences and monitor to ensure that feedback is provided
ï‚§ Receive text messages or telephone calls for the Rector.
ï‚§ Sort out priority mails and files addressed to the Rector and forward in advance urgent ones to concerned departments;
ï‚§ Suggest to the Rector corrections to be made to documents/files to be signed;
ï‚§ Typewrite texts from the Rector;
ï‚§ Regularly check and dispatch mails received on ILPD e-mail

Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies
